Cardiovascular Risk – Develop a plant based meal plan and exercises to improve heart health, reduce blood pressure to reduce risk of heart related diseases.
Frailty Care – A personal review of individual needs through the ageing process including a dietary plan that considers nutritional needs in frailty such as protein for muscle mass, mineral rich foods for bone health and hydration.
Gut Health – Focusing on lifestyle changes to improve digestion and eliminating inflammatory factors from the diet that can reduce fatigue, weight gain and depression.
Mental Wellness – Focusing on unhealthy foodstuffs, stress and behavioural changes to improve mental health. Reducing anxiety, stress, depression and support for children with behavioural challenges like ADHD.
